For more than 15 years, CK Quay has led WM Senibong with a strong vision, disciplined strategy and deep expertise in large-scale master planning. As CEO, he shapes the Group’s long-term direction, oversees every township blueprint, and ensures that each development aligns with WM Senibong’s commitment to quality, value creation, and sustainable growth. Under his stewardship, the Group has evolved into one of Johor’s most dynamic developers, marked by transformative progress across Senibong Cove, Senibong Hills, and Crest@Austin, as well as major advances in corporate restructuring, capitalisation, and landbank expansion.
Key Strategic Achievements at WM Senibong:
CK’s leadership is grounded in over three decades of experience across Malaysia, Australia, and Singapore. During his 18-year tenure with the Kuok Group, he oversaw some of Johor Bahru’s most significant developments, including City Square, Taman Impian Emas, Taman Molek and Molek Pine, Ponderosa Golf & Country Club, and the 581-acre Pandan Baru mixed development—successfully managing complex joint ventures, approvals, and market challenges.
Internationally, he led the Group’s expansion into Sydney and Melbourne, delivering landmark projects such as the A$400 million Market City redevelopment, the award-winning Horizon high-rise by Harry Seidler, and the A$700 million Village Docklands precinct. Earlier in his career, he contributed to contract administration for Singapore’s Suntec City with Davis Langdon & Seah and held project management roles at Far East Organization.
George Nicholas Quinn

With over 23 years of experience with the Walker Group, George Nicholas Quinn brings extensive expertise in delivering large-scale property developments across Australia and abroad. His portfolio spans acquisitions and joint ventures, master planning, feasibility analysis, authority approvals, and the construction and management of residential, commercial, industrial, and resort projects. In Malaysia, George is dedicated to driving the growth of WM Senibong’s portfolio, ensuring the seamless delivery and execution of its landmark developments.
Specialising in waterfront and mixed-use communities, George has been instrumental in iconic projects such as Hope Island Resort, Sanctuary Cove, and Martha Cove.
