WM Senibong Sdn Bhd has achieved a 100% take-up rate for Kew Green 1, the first precinct in its 270-acre master-planned community, The Kews, just three months after launching in December 2024.
Located within Leisure Farm in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, the project features an eco-luxurious concept where distinctive architecture and nature blend seamlessly, creating a tranquil, sustainable community.
The second phase, Kew Green 2, is slated for launch in August 2025.
